Professional Experience

Megan joined Phifer Pinkham, LLC after sitting for the Massachusetts Bar Exam. Since joining this firm, Megan has worked on a broad range of corporate matters spanning the entire corporate life cycle including business entity formation, day-to-day corporate matters and maintenance, and implementation of appropriate exit strategies. Megan has also worked with clients on corporate records cleanup, in addition to company brand protection, trademark, and copyright matters.
