Sean concentrates his practice on employment law; business entity formation and transactions; and litigation.

Professional Experience

Upon admission to the bar, Sean worked as junior corporate counsel for a chain of warehouse clubs.  Since joining Phifer Pinkham, Sean has worked on a broad range of corporate matters, employment law matters including wage and leave issues, discrimination and termination.
